Li & Partners Law Firm is a law firm named after Mr. Li Weibin with branch offices situated both in Beijing and Shenzhen. We are a law firm legal service agency in China approved by PRC authorities with the same brand of LI & PARTNERS, a well-known Hong Kong law firm. Mr. Li is the founding and managing partner of LI & PARTNERS, who is also our senior partner.
Mr. Li was qualified to practice PRC law in 1985 and then passed the Hong Kong Postgraduate Certificate in Laws examination in 1993; Mr. Li is the first PRC lawyer to obtain both the Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Practising Certificate since 1949, and he is also the first PRC lawyer establishing law firm in Hong Kong.; furthermore, Mr. Li is also the first lawyer in the world who is qualified to practice law in the PRC, Hong Kong, England and Wales as well as New York State at the same time.
